                PERSONAL TRAINING

 I take great notice of a clients fitness and health goals. Each client will receive a fitness test including strength, flexability and  and movement test.

My Personal Training fitness technique allows the client improve their inner strength, which will help in showing their outer body strength.

The exercise program, I will develope will improve the client strength,core,body posture,cardiovascular and their flexibility.

                     CIRCUIT TRAINING 
My circuit training is similarly based to my personal training ways. The circuit training is tailored for, each area of the body. For new clients I will keep the circuit training simple, but at the same time testing their physical strength and cardiovascular.

I develope the circuit training to allow each client to develope with the circuit. So when the clients keep attending the circuit training will be come more challenging, and that's due to the clients improvement.

I still make circuit taining enjoyable ,so  clients would not get disintrested.

Clients in the class, will feel, they are having a one to one , so they don't feel that they are blending into the background, and also I can also make sure that, everyone are correctly doing excercises.

Corporate Circuit Classes are also available.

About NSG Health and Fitness/Elite Movement Specialist/Personal                                                            Trainer and Circuit Training

I am a trained as a Elite Movement Specialist by a movement specialist who has trained professional sports coaches in football.,athlectics and boxing. I am also a Personal Trainer and Circuit Trainer, based in Derby. I started exercising with weights since the age of 16, I am now 49 years old, so I have been exercising in a gym environment for the last 32 years. During my training life ,I have come across various types of  specialised exercise techniques. I have come to the conclusion that, a mixture of exercises can be very beneficial, if used with the correct blend. The core strength of an individual is important, but needs to blend with other various techniques in training.
